my stay at shorehead was delightful! jane was a fantastic host, sharing her local dining and exploring tips. the harbor view was charming, and the communal lounge was a cozy spot to relax. breakfast was a highlight, especially the tasty salmon and scrambled eggs. i loved how close it was to the walk to dunnottar castle.

The noise insulation needs serious improvement!!! Small room sizes can be cramped during peak hours, and the parking options were downright misleading, which is frustrating after a long drive!!!

we had a wonderful stay at the shorehead! jane welcomed us with open arms and gave us all the local tips. the deluxe double room was so cozy, and the views over the harbour were fantastic. we loved relaxing in the lounge, soaking in the surroundings. it felt like a true getaway. being right on the harbour front was a major plus.
